Shopping & duty free
Ospree Duty Free, a genuinely good arrivals store, and the best Indian beauty and craft retail of any airport in the country.
Ospree Duty Free
Formerly Mumbai Duty Free. Terminal 2 only — there is no duty free at Terminal 1.
Arrivals shopping
T2 has a duty-free store on the way in, after immigration. Rare outside Asia.
Indian brands
Forest Essentials, Kama Ayurveda, Fabindia, Amrapali, Tanishq — the real reason to shop here.
Alcohol from 25
Maharashtra's legal drinking age is 25, and duty free enforces it.
Ospree, formerly Mumbai Duty Free
Duty free at CSMIA is operated by Mumbai Travel Retail Private Limited, a joint venture between Adani Airport Holdings and Flemingo Travel Retail. In March 2024 the consumer brand was renamed from Mumbai Duty Free to Ospree Duty Free, so you will still see both names on signage and receipts.

The arrivals store is the clever bit
Because T2 sells duty free on arrival as well as departure, you do not have to carry bottles across the world. Order before you fly home, collect after you land in Mumbai. Purchases on arrival are capped — the airport's own guidance cites ₹25,000 — and count towards your overall customs allowance.
Pre-order duty free and skip the browsing
The airport operator runs a genuine reserve-and-collect service through the Adani One website and app. It is worth using: discounts are voided if you order inside the three-hour window before your flight.
Order between 30 days and 1 hour before your flight
Discounts apply only to orders placed more than three hours before departure or arrival, so book the day before rather than at the gate.
Choose your collection point
Terminal 2 Departure or Terminal 2 Arrival. Not available on domestic flights.
Confirm your age and travel details
Passport number, flight and contact details. Alcohol requires you to confirm you are 25 or over, per Maharashtra excise rules.
Pay online in rupees
Visa, Mastercard or RuPay only. Cash is not accepted at collection. You receive a QR code by email.
Collect after immigration
Go to the pre-order counter inside the duty-free store with your QR code, passport and boarding pass. No home delivery; no returns after purchase; refunds take up to 15 working days.
