Lounges, spa & rest
Nine lounges, two spas, a pod hotel and the only airside hotel rooms in India — with an honest note on which ones are worth paying for.
Nine lounges
Across both terminals, plus two arrivals lounges — unusual, and genuinely useful after a red-eye.
Walk-ins accepted
You do not need a business-class ticket. Most lounges sell entry at the door or through booking platforms.
Rooms inside T2
Niranta runs three properties in the terminal, including airside rooms — the only ones in India.
Showers & spa
Showers come free with the T2 international Adani lounges; two spa operators sell treatments by the session.

Three Adani Lounges sit past immigration on Levels 3 and 4, all open 24 hours with a maximum stay of four hours before departure.

Domestic lounges
Arrivals lounges — the underrated ones
Two Aviserv lounges sit landside on Level 2, near the arrival gates. They are open to any traveller, 24 hours, with a maximum stay of three hours — and they solve a very specific Mumbai problem: landing at 04:00 with a hotel check-in six hours away.
Both accept Priority Pass, LoungeBuddy and DragonPass, and sell walk-in entry. Contact +91 7021650714.
Arrivals lounge or city hotel?
If you land between 02:00 and 06:00 and your hotel will not check you in until noon, an arrivals lounge or a pod for three hours is cheaper than a night's room rate you will barely use — and you skip the drive twice.
If you have more than five or six hours, take the room. Niranta's 24-hour check-in model means your clock starts when you arrive, not at 14:00.

Treatments run from express sessions to three hours: Ayurvedic potli massage, hot stone, deep-tissue detox, aromatherapy and a "jet lag recovery ritual", with vibroacoustic massage beds, zero-gravity chairs and shower pods. Free massage, if you know where to look
The T2 international Adani Lounges include a complimentary foot massage — 15 minutes in the Level 4 lounges and 30 minutes in the Level 3 West first-class lounge — subject to availability.
If you have lounge access and a long connection, book it the moment you sit down rather than half an hour before boarding. Neither the lounges nor the spas publish prices, so ask at the desk.
